About The Position

85°C Bakery Cafe is recruiting Store Management Team Members to lead all aspects of store operations, including customer service, management, and employee training. The role is responsible for the business performance of the assigned store and may include additional store duties as circumstances dictate. Store associates are expected to cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments. Duties and responsibilities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time, with or without notice.

Requirements

At least two years of progressive experience in fast food or another related food operation in a leadership-level position.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines while meeting new or changing demands.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
Good attendance and availability to work overtime when needed.
Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the 85°C concept.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to perform moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
Ability to work around unusual elements, including extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers.

Responsibilities

Take essential responsibility for the business performance of the assigned store.
Ensure employees take breaks on time.
Organize and supervise employee shifts.
Participate in management and personnel meetings.
Check stock levels and keep note of supplies.
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health, and safety.
Perform additional store duties when circumstances dictate.
Cross-train in the Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments.
