About The Position

The Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, delivering friendly, high-energy customer service while preparing drinks in a fast-paced shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, working efficiently during busy periods, and keeping the workspace clean and aligned with food safety standards. Broistas work as part of a supportive crew and are expected to be reliable, adaptable, positive, and committed to learning and growth.

The work is physically demanding and requires being on your feet and moving quickly while serving a steady flow of customers. Shifts may last up to 10 hours, work takes place in varied weather conditions, and the role may require pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to support employees in meeting Dutch Bros standards.
