About The Position

85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring Store Front Associates for its Lynnwood, Washington location. Associates provide exceptional, personalized customer service and help create an uplifting experience for guests and coworkers. Employees are cross-trained in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments, with duties that may include baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks. Associates follow direction and company policies, work with store management and teammates, and arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Duties may change or be assigned as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or higher.
At least 18 years of age.
Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills.
Obtain and maintain ServSafe certification.
Able to perform moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
Able to work in conditions that may include extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers.
