About The Position

85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking Store Front Associates for its Tukwila, Washington location. Associates provide exceptional, attentive customer service and help create a memorable experience for each guest. The role includes working collaboratively with store management and coworkers to deliver outstanding service and maintain an uplifting atmosphere. Associates may perform duties across the Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments, including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks. Employees must follow company policies and guidelines, arrive on time for scheduled shifts, and comply with Health Department regulations. Weekend availability is required; holiday availability is strongly preferred. The job requires moderate physical activity, including nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and exposure to cooler and freezer temperatures.

Requirements

High school diploma or higher.
At least 18 years of age.
Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
Weekend availability is required.
Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills.
ServSafe certification.

Nice To Haves

Fast food or retail experience is preferred.
Holiday availability is strongly preferred.
