About The Position
85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking Store Front Associates to provide exceptional customer service and help create a memorable experience for each guest. Associates work with the store management team and coworkers to deliver outstanding service and maintain an uplifting work atmosphere. The role includes cross-training and working in the Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments, with duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks. Associates must follow company policies and guidelines, arrive on time for scheduled shifts, and enforce Health Department regulations. The position is listed as full-time/part-time, with availability for at least 20 hours per week and weekend availability required. Holiday availability is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills.
- ServSafe certification.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Weekend availability required; holiday availability strongly preferred.
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
- Ability to work around unusual elements, including extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers.
