About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager to lead a restaurant team and build a strong workplace culture while engaging with the community. The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The role sets an example by following all company policies and procedures and ensuring the crew does the same. Duties include making schedules, ordering products, training team members, and hiring. General Managers may earn a profit-share bonus based on controlling costs within established goals, in addition to the stated achievement bonus range. The position is full time and offers flexible schedules.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask are needed.

Nice To Haves

One year of restaurant management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all restaurant operations and activities.
