About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager to lead a restaurant, build a strong team culture, and engage with the community. The General Manager is responsible for all restaurant operations, including cost, inventory, and cash controls and customer relations. The role includes setting an example by following company policies and procedures and holding team members to the same standards. The General Manager also creates schedules, orders products, trains team members, and hires staff. A profit-share achievement bonus is awarded based on controlling costs within established goals.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

• One year of restaurant management experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities and operations in the restaurant.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Manage customer relations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and ensure the crew does the same.
• Create employee schedules.
• Order products.
• Train team members.
• Hire team members.
• Control costs within goals to qualify for a profit-share bonus.
