About The Position

The Bakery Clerk supports day-to-day bakery operations by preparing dough, glazing pastries, and assisting with baking tasks from start to finish. Working alongside the Bakery Sales Manager, the role helps plan daily production, gather ingredients, and follow recipes accurately. Tasks may include applying icing to baked goods, monitoring oven temperatures, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

The role also provides courteous, helpful customer service by sharing product information and answering questions, while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in consistent results, values teamwork and reliability, and focuses on the customer experience.
