About The Position
As a member of the bakery department, you will work alongside a team that produces and packages breads, bagels, sweet treats, and other baked goods. The bakery is described as a fast-moving, people-first environment where you can apply your passion for baking. The role also involves providing customer service and maintaining fresh, appealing bakery displays.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Availability for mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Bake, produce, and package baked goods.
- Provide customer service and answer customer questions in a timely manner.
- Keep cases and aisles clean and well-stocked to ensure displays are fresh and appealing.
- Follow stocking, rotating, and merchandising techniques to ensure product freshness.
- May help unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing inventory.
