About The Position

85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking a back-of-house Bakery Associate to provide exceptional customer service and help create a positive experience for guests. The role includes baking bread, decorating cakes, making drinks, and cross-training in the Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments. Associates work with store management and teammates to deliver outstanding service, maintain an uplifting atmosphere, follow company policies, and comply with Health Department regulations. The position requires at least 20 hours of availability per week and weekend availability; holiday availability is strongly preferred. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

High school diploma or higher.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills.
ServSafe certification.
