About The Position

We are looking to add a Baker to our small team of hard working and talented individuals. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in quality kitchens. The position will work 32-40 hours per week with a pay range of $20-25hr including pooled tips. Hourly pay rate is based on experience. If you are passionate about working with beautiful ingredients, baking and providing excellent hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Prior Baking experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen setting is necessary
• At least two years of experience in quality kitchens
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Organized and proactive
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Convenience to Kingston, NY

Responsibilities

• Preparing and baking pastries
• Mixing doughs, cakes, pies, cookies, etc.
• Lending a hand in preparing raw products, fillings, and custards
• Washing dishes
• Putting away deliveries
• Mopping and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
