About The Position

Festival Foods is seeking a part-time Bagger to join its guest-focused grocery team in Darboy, Wisconsin. The Bagger helps ensure guests have a pleasant and efficient checkout experience through friendly service, careful bagging, and support for the checkout area. The position reports to the Guest Service Department Manager. Associates are expected to follow their work schedule and provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences. The schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays within the associate’s availability.

Requirements

Ability to create a welcoming environment and provide superior guest service.
Attention to detail when bagging items and maintaining product quality.
Ability to communicate effectively with associates and guests.
Ability to read, count, and write accurately.
Ability to operate necessary equipment.
Ability to stand in place for long periods and walk in the store.
Ability to bend, stoop, and lift or push 15–20 pounds regularly and 50 pounds intermittently.
Fine finger and broad manual dexterity, and eye-hand-foot coordination to operate equipment.
Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests, providing a welcoming and helpful checkout experience.
Bag groceries according to procedures while maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction.
Keep the checkout area clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
Share guest requests and feedback with the leadership team.
Provide prompt and courteous parcel pickup service.
Help maintain standards and meet quality expectations by 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily.
Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
Attend work regularly and on time according to the work schedule, and provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
