About The Position

Menzies Aviation is seeking a diligent, full-time Baggage Service Agent to join its International and Domestic Team. The role helps ensure flights run on time by maintaining detailed records of shipped goods, moving baggage and cargo from aircraft, and guiding aircraft to and from their gates. The position requires shift flexibility, including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off, as well as availability for additional hours on short notice when operationally necessary. Duties must be performed in various weather conditions and within time constraints.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience working in an aviation environment is desired.
• U.S. Customs Seal for access to CBP security areas.
• Working knowledge of airport safety procedures.
• Ability to work shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off, and to report to work regularly and on time.
• Ability to work additional hours beyond the regular shift on short notice, as needed due to operational necessity.
• Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English.
