About The Position
Seeking a Background Check Analyst / Compliance Specialist. The Background Check Analyst / Compliance Specialist receives orders and verifies candidate information, assists with setting up new clients in screening platforms, and ensures all verifications and consents meet FCRA and state regulations. The Background Check Analyst / Compliance Specialist also maintains audit ready documentation, reviews results for accuracy, and communicates with clients regarding updates, outcomes, and support questions.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in criminal justice, business, or related field
- Two years in background screening or HR / Compliance roles
- Familiarity with FCRA, DOT, and state-level background check regulations
