This role is all about keeping things accurate, compliant, and efficient. You’ll make sure legal documents are spot-on, provide backup for your team when needed, and help us deliver top-notch service every time. You’ll be a key player in quality control and production support, working closely with leadership and case assistants to ensure every case moves forward without a hitch.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma (some college preferred)
  • Incredible attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Strong communication skills and solid grammar (you’re the kind of person who actually notices typos)

Responsibilities

  • Run quality control checks on records and legal docs to make sure everything’s correct and compliant.
  • Review legal responses to ensure they’re complete and accurate, and you’ll handle any necessary payment requests.
  • Push completed orders into production or resolving issues along the way, you’ll keep things moving.
  • Join regular meetings with the VP of Operations to stay aligned and share insights that help the whole team thrive.
  • Field custodian calls to invoicing and organizing final deliverables, you’ll pitch in wherever needed to support the team.
  • Jump into special projects or take on new duties as they come your way.
