This full-time, on-site position in Warminster, PA, involves investigating the criminal backgrounds of clients' applicants. The role focuses on working with criminal court case records at county, state, and federal levels. Comprehensive training is provided, and prior knowledge of the criminal justice system is not required, though those interested in the field are welcome to apply. The work aims to enhance critical thinking skills.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Verify background information on applicants for employment and applicant screening purposes. Information verified is criminal, civil, and sex offender history.
• Complete research via phone, mail, fax, and contacting agents.
• Follow up with courts for status of search.
• Enter researched information and notes into proprietary software.
• Review and analyze source documentation for pre-employment screening purposes
