About The Position
North Italia is hiring Back Servers/Bussers to support restaurant operations and provide excellent guest service. The primary focus is clearing and cleaning tables after guests leave, then resetting them promptly for the next guests. The role also involves communicating with guests and restaurant colleagues, thanking departing guests, and filling in as needed to help the restaurant operate smoothly. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, while a positive personality and ability to work as part of a team are emphasized. The position requires strong English communication skills, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables after guests leave, including dishware, tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors.
- Reset and arrange tables quickly for the next guests.
- Communicate with guests, servers, and the hostess to support excellent guest service and ensure needs are met.
- Thank guests as they leave.
- Fill in as needed to support the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
