About The Position

The Cliffs is a group of seven luxury communities in the Carolinas. A Back Server is a key member of the food and beverage team, working to exceed members’ expectations. The role emphasizes guest service, attention to detail, continuous improvement, and effective communication with staff and members.

Requirements

• Attention to detail in providing high-quality products and service to members.
• Commitment to continuous improvement in knowledge, quality, consistency, service, products, work environment, financial metrics, safety, wellness, and member satisfaction.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mentality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and members.
• Experience using computers.
• Willingness to work weekend, holiday, and evening shifts.
• Successful completion of the certification process.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of prior serving experience in a quality club, hotel, or restaurant.
• Must hold a current Alcohol Safe Service Certificate or complete an approved alcohol training program and obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
