About The Position

North Italia is hiring a Back Server/Busser to support restaurant operations and provide excellent guest service. The primary focus is clearing and cleaning tables after guests leave—including dishware, tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors—and resetting them quickly for incoming guests. The role also involves communicating with guests, servers, and hosts to ensure guests have what they need, thanking guests as they leave, and filling in as needed to keep restaurant operations running smoothly.
