About The Position

North Italia is hiring Back Servers / Bussers to support restaurant operations and provide excellent guest service. The primary responsibility is to clear and clean tables after guests leave, including dishware, tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors, then quickly reset and arrange tables for the next guests. The role communicates with guests, servers, and hosts to help ensure guests have what they need, thanks guests as they leave, and fills in as needed to support smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Candidates should enjoy providing hospitality and working as part of a team. Prior restaurant experience is a plus. The position requires strong English communication skills, standing for long periods, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
