• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mentality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and members.
• Experience using computers.
• Willingness to work weekend, holiday, and evening shifts.
• Successful completion of the certification process.
• At least 18 years of age to serve alcohol.
• At least 1 year of prior serving experience in a quality club, hotel, or restaurant.
• Must possess and maintain a current Alcohol Safe Service Certificate, or complete an approved alcohol training program and obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
