About The Position

North Italia is hiring Back Servers/Bussers to support restaurant operations and provide excellent guest service. The role primarily involves clearing and cleaning tables after guests leave, then quickly resetting them for the next guests. Back Servers/Bussers communicate with guests, servers, and the hostess, thank guests as they leave, and fill in as needed to help ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Candidates should enjoy hospitality and teamwork. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but is not required.

Requirements

• Enjoy providing great service and have a spirit of hospitality.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
• Be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables after guests leave, including dishware, tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors.
• Reset and arrange tables quickly for the next guests.
• Communicate with guests, servers, and the hostess to support excellent guest service and ensure everyone has what they need.
• Thank guests as they are leaving.
• Fill in as needed to support the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
