About The Position

North Italia is hiring a Back Server/Busser to help deliver welcoming, efficient guest service in a restaurant environment. The role’s primary responsibility is clearing and cleaning tables after guests leave, including dishware, tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors, then promptly resetting tables for the next guests. Back Servers/Bussers communicate with guests, servers, and hosts to support a positive dining experience, thank guests as they leave, and fill in as needed to keep restaurant operations running smoothly. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, while a strong service mindset, positive personality, teamwork, and English communication skills are important. The role involves standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
