Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables after guests leave, including dishware, tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors; reset and arrange tables promptly for the next guests.
• Communicate with guests, servers, and the hostess to support excellent guest service and ensure everyone has what they need.
• Thank guests as they leave.
• Fill in as needed to support the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
