About The Position

As a Back Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operation of industrial systems and equipment associated with Reworld’s industrial disposal process. You will perform operational tasks and equipment inspections, document findings, troubleshoot issues, support maintenance through lock-out/tag-out procedures, and complete assigned duties that contribute to safe and efficient facility operations. The role requires operating heavy industrial equipment and working a rotating shift schedule.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

Perform assigned operational tasks and inspections using designated industrial equipment and hand and power tools.
Complete routine inspections of assigned equipment and document details according to facility procedures.
Troubleshoot assigned equipment and report issues and repair requests through established work order processes and procedures.
Use weekly activity books and critical items checklists to perform operational and equipment-related function checks.
Safely perform lock-out/tag-out processes on equipment in support of assigned maintenance teams.
Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.
