About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale their own startup, potentially in B2B. You will own, build, and run the company, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The program offers either a salary while you build your startup as a direct employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a founder and investor community, recruiting support through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, help achieving product-market fit and building sales or marketing capabilities, and coaching to prepare for a multi-million-euro funding round. Fellows follow a customized personal development program focused on goal, time, and energy management.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities
