About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup in fields such as fintech. The selected candidate will own, build, and run their startup and take full responsibility for scaling it toward €100M+ in revenue. They will follow a customized personal development programme designed by unicorn founders, receive weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, and get intensive coaching to prepare the startup for fundraising. EWOR also supports product iteration toward product-market fit, hiring through its network of over 50,000 professionals, and building a sales force or marketing engine. The opportunity offers either a salary while building the startup as a direct employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent communication skills in English.
