About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as cybersecurity. Successful candidates will own, build, and run a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. They may receive a salary while building their startup through direct employment by EWOR or opt for up to €500,000 in funding.

The programme includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with team building through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. Fellows also receive guidance on reaching product-market fit, building a sales or marketing operation, and preparing to raise millions in funding. A customised personal-development programme focuses on goal, time, and energy management. EWOR states that fellows raise more than €2 million on average after their Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in a field such as cybersecurity.
