Requirements

Sales experience is a plus, but not required - we value drive, coachability, and a passion for helping others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're comfortable engaging with decision-makers.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented - able to thrive in an independent, fast-paced environment.
A genuine desire to make a positive impact through better employee benefit options.

Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

B2B Sales - Connect with business owners, HR directors, and general managers to present customized employee benefit solutions.
Consultative Selling - Understand client needs and craft tailored solutions that meet both company goals and employee needs.
Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Lead Generation - Use Salesforce to track leads, manage pipelines, and follow up with prospective clients.
Client Support - Deliver excellent post-sale service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Sales Goals - Consistently meet or exceed sales performance targets and contribute to the agency's growth.
