Requirements

Sales experience is a plus, but not required - we value drive, coachability, and a passion for helping others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're comfortable engaging with decision-makers.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented - able to thrive in an independent, fast-paced environment.
A genuine desire to make a positive impact through better employee benefit options.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Connect with business owners, HR directors, and general managers to present customized employee benefit solutions.
Understand client needs and craft tailored solutions that meet both company goals and employee needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Use Salesforce to track leads, manage pipelines, and follow up with prospective clients.
Deliver excellent post-sale service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Consistently meet or exceed sales performance targets and contribute to the agency's growth.
