About The Position

Crystalia Glass is looking for a relationship-driven B2B Sales Executive for our Los Angeles office. The role goes beyond converting inbound leads. Success is shared: the results of the team are the results of the company.

Requirements

Sales Experience: 5+ years in sales, with genuine B2B experience
Product Background: Experience selling physical products: construction, building materials, glass, windows and doors, architectural or custom-made products
Targets: Track record of working toward quarterly revenue targets
Pipeline Ownership: Experience managing a personal pipeline proactively, including outreach to existing contacts
Decision-Makers: Experience reaching and selling to C-level executives, presidents, and owners
Client Relationships: Experience building long-term B2B relationships that produce repeat business
In-Person Selling: Face-to-face client communication experience
Communication: Confident, structured, professional communication by phone, on camera, and in person
Negotiation and Objection Handling: Strong closing skills and consistent multi-touchpoint follow-up after quotes
CRM Discipline: Experience working with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus
Product Learning: Ability to learn a complex custom product in detail and explain it accurately to professional clients

Responsibilities

Handle inbound B2B leads: general contractors, subcontractors, architects, interior designers, glass companies, and business owners
Contact new leads promptly by phone, email, SMS, and CRM channels
Qualify each request: project type, location, measurements, timeline, budget, installation and delivery needs, and decision-making process
Identify the key decision-maker and communicate at the appropriate level, up to CEO, president, and business owner
Advise clients on suitable glass solutions and prepare quotes, proposals, and full technical documentation
Use the showroom as the primary closing tool: invite clients for visits, or run Zoom presentations with physical samples or a live showroom walkthrough
Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and ongoing project flow
Maintain the full pipeline in HubSpot: deal stages, notes, tasks, reminders, follow-ups, and communication history
Coordinate with Project Managers, Estimators, Engineers, Warehouse, and Installation teams
