About the position

As a Lead Generation Specialist at Embroker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a prospect database in CRM, enhancing research quality, and supporting email campaigns. Your main focus will be on creating validated and de-duplicated prospect lists with email contacts in our target verticals. With your extensive knowledge in digital marketing and sales platforms, you will contribute to the company's success by bringing value and constantly improving your skills. This role requires strong communication skills, optimization instincts, and the ability to learn quickly with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a prospect database in CRM
  • Enhance the quality of research continually
  • Support existing email campaigns
  • Develop potential leads
  • Assist others in the department with marketing activities
  • Build validated, verified, and de-duplicated prospect lists with email contacts
  • Source new prospects through database tools and web research
  • Work in a highly effective team with the latest tools
  • Bring great value to the company
  • Constantly improve skills
  • Have extensive knowledge in Google Workspace (focus on GSheets)
  • Manage sales platforms such as SalesForce, Salesloft, Outreach
  • Use email marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, and similar
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Have optimization instincts and an analytical mindset
  • Conduct research on businesses and learn quickly with minimal supervision
  • Have a strong work ethic, project management, data management, and organization skills, with an eye for detail
  • Align work with strategic goals
  • Have good communication skills

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recent digital marketing experience
  • Extensive knowledge in Google Workspace, specifically GSheets
  • Extensive knowledge in managing sales platforms such as SalesForce, Salesloft, Outreach
  • Experience with email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Optimization instincts and an analytical mindset
  • Proven ability to research businesses and learn quickly with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethic, project management, data management, and organization skills with an eye for detail
  • Awareness of business planning and objectives, with the ability to align work with strategic goals
  • Good communication skills

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 CAN/US
