We’re a fast-growing tech company with global ambition — and we’re hiring a hands-on B2B Growth & Content Marketing Manager to drive our next phase of growth. This is not a “manage the agency” role. This is a build it. own it. scale it. role.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years in enterprise B2B marketing (loyalty/ customer engagement / banking highly regarded)
  • Are an exceptional writer and strong storyteller
  • Can distil complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives
  • Have a strong design aesthetic — you care about visual clarity, structure and narrative flow
  • Are independent, comfortable with ambiguity and create clarity
  • Are hands-on with Canva, LinkedIn Ads and HubSpot

  • Understand long, complex B2B sales cycles

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute our content strategy across brand, product marketing and demand generation
  • Write high-quality blog articles, thought leadership, case studies, reports, website copy, LinkedIn content and email campaigns
  • Shape product messaging and value propositions with product and sales
  • Create short-form LinkedIn video content
  • Design and build content yourself (Canva essential; exceptional PowerPoint required; working knowledge of Figma preferred)
  • Run and optimise LinkedIn paid campaigns
  • Own HubSpot end-to-end — build and manage sequencing, nurture journeys, workflows, automation and reporting
  • Build landing pages and lead journeys
  • Optimise for pipeline impact, not vanity metrics
  • Support key growth initiatives
  • New region GTM campaigns
  • Product launches
  • Account-based marketing programs
  • Client expansion initiatives
