AV Operations Supervisor
About The Position
The AV Operations Supervisor oversees daily autonomous vehicle operations, safety, and team performance. The role supervises and supports Autonomous Vehicle Operators; oversees vehicle testing and fleet operations; ensures safety procedures and operational standards are followed; and trains, coaches, and provides performance feedback to operators. The supervisor coordinates schedules, assignments, and shift reports, assists with software and hardware testing and troubleshooting, and works hands-on alongside operators to meet daily goals. The role requires availability for one month of training-related travel. Available shifts are day shift, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM, or night shift, 3:45 PM–12:15 AM. Work schedules are Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Friday–Tuesday.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of Autonomous Vehicle Operator experience; required.
- Active AVT permit; required.
- Excellent driving record.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with autonomous vehicle testing and operations.
- Must have held a driver license for three years without gaps.
- Must be available for one month of training-related travel.
