About The Position

Balise is now seeking qualified technicians with a focus on production and overall customer satisfaction. Requirements

Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
A professional work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.
A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required.

Nice To Haves

Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Obtain high level of customer satisfaction as a result of personal work habits and skill.
Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
Maintain the highest levels of quality and pride in your work.
Increase income with production.
Keep work area clean and in accordance with standards of safety and proper disposal of waste.
