About The Position
Finley River Auto & Diesel is seeking a Production Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles efficiently while delivering quality work. The position offers hourly base pay with an opportunity for a production-based bonus and is designed for a technician who values a supportive team, training, and professional growth. Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
- Accurate diagnostic skills and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to manage time and remain productive without sacrificing quality.
- Strong communication and ability to work as part of a team.
- Accountability for work and willingness to learn from mistakes.
- Interest in feedback, training, and continued improvement.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems within the technician’s skill level.
- Complete inspections and identify needed repairs.
- Perform quality repairs and verify completed work.
- Document findings and communicate clearly with the team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Continue developing technical skills.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
