About The Position

Spartanburg Honda, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician for its high-volume service team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The role offers annual earning potential of $80,000–$100,000+ plus bonuses, a five-day work week, and work in a climate-controlled facility. The technician will perform repairs and maintenance, diagnose vehicle issues, verify repairs, communicate recommendations to Service Advisors, complete warranty work, and maintain repair documentation. Requirements

• 3–5+ years of Automotive Technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair abilities.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance listed on repair orders efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning systems, and other vehicle systems.
• Use diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
• Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs.
• Communicate repair recommendations and additional service needs to Service Advisors.
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts and materials.
• Maintain accurate and thorough repair documentation.
