About The Position

Moyer Mazda is hiring automotive technicians at every stage of their careers, from entry-level candidates ready to learn to experienced Mazda Master Technicians. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new Mazda store, help build a strong service team, and grow as the dealership grows. Whether you are beginning your automotive career, transitioning from an independent repair shop or another manufacturer, or already Mazda-certified, we want to meet you. Our technicians work in a clean, modern, air-conditioned facility equipped with the latest diagnostic technology. Requirements

• Entry-level through Mazda Master Technician experience considered
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to learn new technology and repair procedures
• Automotive education or previous repair experience is helpful but not required for entry-level applicants

Nice To Haves

• Mazda manufacturer certifications
• Mazda Master Technician status
• ASE certifications
• Pennsylvania State Inspection and Emissions licenses
• Dealership or independent repair experience

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs listed on repair orders
• Complete oil changes, tire services, inspections, and routine maintenance
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems
• Use diagnostic equipment and Mazda special service tools
• Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs
• Inspect vehicles and identify additional maintenance or repair needs
• Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors
• Complete warranty repairs according to Mazda requirements
• Maintain an organized work area and follow all safety procedures
