About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a BMW Technician at Wyoming Valley BMW. The Service Technician/Mechanic performs vehicle repairs and maintenance as assigned, following dealership and factory standards. The role supports customer loyalty by accurately diagnosing vehicles and building customer trust and confidence.

Requirements

• Valid state safety and state emissions credentials.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work listed on repair orders efficiently and accurately, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication effectively.
• Diagnose the causes of vehicle malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to people without mechanical expertise, including employees and customers.
• Stay current with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training as appropriate.
• Keep store management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.
