About The Position
At Coughlin Ford of Circleville, we're currently looking for an experienced Service Writer/Advisor for our location. Coughlin Automotive is one of Central Ohio's fastest-growing dealership groups, with 17 locations across Newark, Pataskala, Heath, Circleville, Chillicothe, Lancaster, Dublin, Lewis Center, and Marysville. We carry 13 brands: Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Hyundai, Jeep, Kia, Nissan, Ram, and Toyota. Requirements
- previous experience in automotive or customer service industries
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Organized and friendly personality
- Working knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles
- Professional personal appearance
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
- Clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Works with customer and technician to identify required maintenance and advises customers on necessary and recommended services
- Offers additional services and repairs to customers
- Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs
- Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customer
- Schedules appointments with customer
- Meets dealership's standards for repair and order production
- Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
- Participates in required training
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations and complies with Company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
