About The Position

Rallye Motor Company is hiring a Service Valet at Rallye BMW. Requirements

• Be at least 19 years of age.
• Have a clean and valid New York driver's license.
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Have an outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance.

• Prior valet experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently park and transport customer and company-owned vehicles.
• Take photos of incoming vehicles as directed by management and tag all vehicles.
• Communicate with service advisors and technicians to determine which vehicles are ready to enter or leave the shop.
• Park vehicles safely in designated areas and maintain and organize keys.
• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner and direct them to their desired destinations when parking or retrieving their vehicle.
• Maintain supplies and support systems as requested, including floor mats, plastic seat coverings, and other materials.
