About The Position

Rallye Motor Company has an immediate opportunity for an Automotive Scanner with Rallye BMW. The role supports the service department through document scanning, filing, repair order organization, and other clerical work. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suite.
• Working knowledge of automotive retail center computer systems, or ability to learn them; CDK is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks on schedule.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of the CDK computer system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scan documents into the CDK system.
• File paperwork as necessary.
• Organize and maintain repair orders (ROs).
• Perform clerical work as needed for the service department.
