About The Position
The Automotive Service Valet assists the service department with moving and organizing vehicles. The role helps maintain an efficient, professional environment for customers and service staff by delivering vehicles, keeping vehicles moving through the service lane, parking vehicles in designated spaces, and shuttling customers off site and picking them up. The position also provides excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Dependability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver vehicles.
- Keep vehicles moving in the service lane.
- Park vehicles in designated spaces.
- Shuttle customers off site and pick them back up.
- Assist the service department with vehicle movement and organization.
