About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Service Technician at Napleton's Lexus of Milwaukee. The technician performs vehicle repairs and maintenance as assigned, following dealership and factory standards. The role supports customer loyalty by accurately diagnosing vehicles, building trust, and helping customers feel confident in the service provided.

Requirements

• Automotive Service Technician experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance listed on repair orders efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication effectively.
• Diagnose the causes of vehicle malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including employees and customers.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Keep store management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.
