About The Position

Lexus of Nashville and Lexus of Cool Springs are seeking motivated Automotive Technicians to join their teams in Nashville and Brentwood, Tennessee. Technicians will work with experienced mechanics on Lexus diagnostics and repairs, performing routine maintenance and inspections and using diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot vehicle concerns. The role offers hands-on experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment and contributes to delivering excellent customer service. Applicants must be at least 19 years old, pass pre-employment checks and testing, and have a valid driver's license for at least three years.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Experience or interest in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and scan tools.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and automotive software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR check, and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver's license for at least three years.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced mechanics and learn Lexus diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance and multi-point inspections.
• Identify mechanical issues and assist with repairs on Lexus vehicles.
• Shadow senior technicians and gain hands-on experience.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle concerns.
• Help deliver outstanding customer service.
