About The Position

Lexus of Nashville is hiring a Saturday Service Valet to help create a positive guest experience. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, moving vehicles safely, preparing vehicles for service, inspecting and documenting vehicle condition, and helping maintain clean dealership grounds. The employer provides training; no prior experience is required. Applicants must be at least 19 years old, have a valid driver's license held for at least three years and a clean driving record, and be able to pass the stated pre-employment screenings.

Requirements

Valid driver's license held for at least three years, with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely operate vehicles in tight spaces.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to go the extra mile to create an excellent guest experience.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, drug test, and credit report screening.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally.
Escort guests to the appropriate location or service consultant.
Move vehicles safely to and from service areas and parking lots.
Apply protective seat covers, floor mats, and tags to service vehicles.
Inspect and record vehicle condition before and after service.
Run vehicles through the automatic wash and perform light interior vacuuming.
Keep the dealership lot, driveway, and sidewalks clean and presentable.
Transport customers to and from their home or work.
Maintain proper documentation and follow dealership policies and safety guidelines.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team.
