About The Position

Lexus of Nashville is hiring a full-time Shuttle Driver / Service Valet to support its service team and provide a welcoming, helpful experience for guests. The role involves greeting customers, moving and caring for vehicles during service, and shuttling guests to and from their destinations. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.

The position starts at $17 per hour, increasing to $18 per hour after 90 days. Employees are paid weekly and have a full-time schedule with Sundays and major holidays off. Applicants must be at least 19 years old and pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, an MVR check, and a drug test. A valid driver's license held for at least three years is required.

Requirements

• Must be able to drive and park vehicles confidently.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record.
• At least 19 years old.
• Valid driver's license held for at least three years.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to the appropriate place.
• Safely move customer vehicles around the lot and through the service process.
• Keep vehicles clean and protected during service using covers and tags.
• Vacuum vehicles lightly and use the automated car wash.
• Shuttle guests to and from their destinations in a friendly and timely manner.
• Maintain the lot and walkways to keep the environment polished and safe.
• Help ensure customer vehicles are returned spotless and damage-free.
• Support the team with various service-related tasks.
