About The Position

Lexus of Nashville is hiring a full-time Car Wash Attendant / Valet to support dealership guests and vehicle service operations. This active, fast-paced role involves customer service, preparing and inspecting vehicles, operating vehicles in dealership spaces and through an automatic car wash, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The position offers long-term growth potential. Applicants must be at least 19 years old and pass pre-employment background, motor vehicle record (MVR), and drug checks. A valid driver’s license held for at least three years is required.

Starting pay is $17 per hour, increasing to $18 per hour after 90 days, with weekly pay. The schedule includes full-time hours and Saturdays; the dealership is closed Sundays and major holidays.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Transport customers to and from their destinations when needed.
• Prepare vehicles for service by installing protective covers and identification tags.
• Inspect vehicles for damage before and after service.
• Vacuum vehicle interiors and drive vehicles through the automatic car wash.
• Occasionally apply finishing touches such as tire shine and window cleaning.
• Keep the car wash area, lot, and walkways clean and safe.
• Assist with dealership laundry and organize supplies.
• Communicate vehicle status to service advisors and team members.
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment when necessary.
