Car Wash Attendant / Valet
About The Position
Lexus of Nashville is hiring a full-time Car Wash Attendant / Valet to support dealership guests and vehicle service operations. This active, fast-paced role involves greeting and directing guests, transporting customers when needed, preparing and inspecting vehicles, operating vehicles through an automatic car wash, and maintaining clean, safe, and organized dealership areas. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The position includes full-time hours and Saturday work. The dealership is closed on Sundays and major holidays. Starting pay is $17 per hour, increasing to $18 per hour after 90 days, with weekly pay. Applicants must be at least 19 years old, have a valid driver's license for at least three years, and pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, an MVR check, and a drug test.
Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests professionally and direct them appropriately.
- Transport customers to and from their destinations when needed.
- Prepare vehicles for service by installing protective covers and identification tags.
- Inspect vehicles for damage before and after service.
- Vacuum vehicle interiors and drive vehicles through the automatic car wash.
- Occasionally apply finishing touches, such as tire shine and window cleaning.
- Keep the car wash area, lot, and walkways clean and safe.
- Assist with dealership laundry and organize supplies.
- Communicate vehicle status with service advisors and other team members.
- Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment when necessary.
