About The Position

Lexus of Nashville is seeking a friendly and dependable full-time Shuttle Driver / Service Valet to support its service team. The role involves welcoming guests, moving and caring for customer vehicles throughout the service process, and transporting guests to and from their destinations. The position also helps maintain a clean, safe, and polished dealership environment and supports other service-related tasks. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.

Requirements

• Must be able to drive and park vehicles confidently.
• Friendly, upbeat personality and strong work ethic.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Desire to help people and make a difference.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record.
• At least 19 years old.
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, motor vehicle record check, and drug test.
• Valid driver's license held for at least three years.

Nice To Haves

• No experience is necessary; training will be provided to the right person.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to the appropriate location.
• Safely move customer vehicles around the lot and through the service process.
• Keep vehicles clean and protected during service using covers and tags.
• Perform light vehicle vacuuming and use the automated car wash.
• Shuttle guests to and from their destinations in a friendly and timely manner.
• Maintain the lot and walkways to ensure a polished and safe environment.
• Help ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and without damage.
• Support the team with other service-related tasks.
